Welcome to the At Last Studios Giveaway! We’re thrilled to offer two amazing opportunities: a free portrait session and a free wedding photography package. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, here are the rules and restrictions that apply to both giveaways.

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Open to residents of the United States of America.

General Terms: No purchase necessary to enter or win. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Giveaway Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from January 1st, 2024 until January 31st, 2024 @ 11:59 PM. Winners will be announced on February 1st, 2024.

How to Enter:

There are two Giveaways. Find the one you’d like (or both) and complete the following:

1. Follow and Like BOTH our Facebook and Instagram pages: @theatlaststudios
2. Tag a friend who you’d like to win or nominate yourself! Every separate comment on the Giveaway post counts as an additional entry, however, you can only be nominated once per giveaway. If you are nominated twice by two or more different people you must let At Last Studios know. Once confirmed and if necessary your votes will be added together. You may also nominate more than one person.
3. We love stories. In your comment and nomination in the Giveaway post tell us why you’d like to win. Include a story about the person you’re nominating. If you nominate yourself, tell a story about you and/or the people who you’d like your session with. We’d love to get to know you! This can be as long or short as you want.
4. Publicly share the Giveaway post. If your share is not made public on Facebook we won’t be able to verify that it was shared. Special bonus hint for reading the rules: On your shared post, you should ask friends and family to like your comment on THIS Giveaway post for better chances of winning!
5. Portrait session must take place by December 31st, 2024. Wedding package must be used and performed by no later than December 31st, 2025. Failure to set your sessions by these dates will forfeit your Giveaway and render zero value after those dates.
6. Get your friends and family to like your comment and nomination! The more likes, the better chance you have to win!

Prizes:

Regular Portrait Session: The session must be scheduled and completed within the calendar year 2024. Includes a standard portrait session (up to 1-hour), online gallery, 10 professionally edited photos (photo manipulation not included) and printing rights.

Standard portrait session can be: Professional headshots, couple’s engagement, family portraits, and/or senior photos. All sessions are subject to additional fees if applicable. Family sessions include up to 6 family members. Any additional members can be included at $20/per person. Any mini-family sessions can be requested and performed at the same session at $150/per family and will include a 10 minute mini-session, 5 additional edited photos and an online gallery for viewing and download access.

Additional edited photos can be purchased at $50/photo or $250 for the entire edited session at the discretion of At Last Studios.

Wedding Photography Package: The package must be used for a wedding scheduled and performed by the end of 2025. The wedding package includes a complimentary engagement session (up to 1-hour), wedding day coverage (up to 6 hours), an online gallery, printing rights, and a 1-year anniversary session (30 minutes). Location can be ANYWHERE in the world.

The winner will have the option to upgrade their package at any time. Should they decide to upgrade, they will pay new selected package’s total fees minus the value of the winning package of this Giveaway ($2,500.00 USD).

All packages do not include travel fees.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen based on the criteria specified in the giveaway announcement. The more likes your comment receives the better. At Last Studios will select the top 5 and make the final decision of the winner at their discretion. The decision of At Last Studios is final and binding in all respects. If the selected winner cannot fulfil requirements and come forward to claim their prize At Last Studios will select and announce a new winner as soon as possible.

Travel and Expenses: Sessions are to be held at a location agreed upon by At Last Studios and the winner. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Eau Claire, WI. If At Last Studios requires flight and boarding of a hotel or AirBNB type location for travel it will be at the expense of the winner. Additional expenses such as venue fees, permits, or special equipment are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

Usage Rights and Permissions: At Last Studios reserves the right to use any photographs taken during the sessions for promotional and resell purposes. Participants must ensure they have the rights and permissions for any locations, props, or third-party involvement used during the session.

Liability: At Last Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won.

Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Cancellations: At Last Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.

Acknowledgment: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Rules & Restrictions and the decisions of At Last Studios.
